Crystal Reports Server 2011 and Oracle - Failed to load database information.

Hi,

I'm setting up a new CR 2011 server to replace a working CR 2008 server.

I have performed the following:

Configured Windows 2008 64 bit Server

Installed Crystal Report Server 2011 - BI Enterprise 14.0.0

Oracle 11g 64 bit version

In Oracle Net Manager, I configured the service name, server's ip address, and the sid.  Within Net Manager, I was able to test the connection with success.  I can also run the tnsping command without issues.

I uploaded two working reports from the old server onto the new one.  I configured the database connection in CMC to use the reports existing connection.  Every time I run a report, I end up with the generic connection error: Error in File ~tmp1a8078b61c6e390.rpt: Failed to load database information.

I looked at numerous topics online, however this seems the resolution is a moving target.  Can anyone tell me if I have to install something in addition, or it's a configuration issue?  Are there log files I can look out to further determine why I get this error message?  If so, where would they be located?

Thank you in advance,

Chris
