Crystal Report 2008 SP5 in Window 7 cannot connect to Oracle database through Oracle ODBC connection

Hi,

I was trying to run a Crystal Report in CR2008 in Windows 7. I encountered the error of ORA-12154, TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified.

For the same CR report, it works fine in Windows XP environment.
